High quality stand

I purchased these stands in indigo to partner my r3 meta speakers in walnut. It may sound like an odd combination but actually looks really nice.
They come with some basic assembly needed with the tools provided to do so.
The packaging is excellent.
The resulting stand feels really solid and there is a cavity to load with filler, which I will do at some point in the future to add a little extre weight. The speaker has threaded inserts that then allow them to be bolted directly to the stands through the matching holes in the stands top plate. This really adds to the solid feel.
I think they do add a bit of clarity to the sound quality compared to having them stand on the ends of the TV unit as they were before but I can't say that some cheaper, generic stands wouldn't have given the same benefit.
I really like the cable management passage, it makes the speaker/ stand combo look so tidy.
The reason for knocking a star off is just down to the cost. £650 is about a third of the cost of the speaker but overall they look good and feel rock solid so I'm happy with them.
